The Kentucky Association of Counties Financial Advisors, Inc. held a special Board of Directors' meeting immediately following the KACo Executive Committee meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 400 Englewood Drive in Frankfort, Kentucky.
The roll was called. The following Directors were present: KACo President and Chairman Jim Henderson, Simpson Co. Judge/Executive; KACo President-Elect Bruce Todd, Henderson Co. Magistrate; KACo 1st Vice President Jody Jenkins, Union Co. Judge/Executive; KACo 2nd Vice President David Nicholson, Jefferson Co. Circuit Clerk; and KACo Immediate Past President Hubert Pollett, Shelby Co. Magistrate.
Others present were: Denny Nunnelley, Executive Director/CEO; Brian Roy, Deputy Director; Grant Satterly, Director of Financial Services; Karen Basham, Chief Financial Officer; and Sonya Chesser, Executive Secretary.
Chairman Henderson called the meeting to order at 1:39 p.m.
Motion made by David Nicholson, seconded by Hubert Pollett, to approve the minutes of April 20, 2016 meeting as presented. Motion carried.
Ms. Basham presented and discussed the following financial reports: income statement for period July 2015 through June 2016 and the balance sheet as of June 30, 2016.
Motion made by Bruce Todd, seconded by Jody Jenkins, to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports as presented. Motion carried.
Mr. Satterly presented and discussed the activity of the Program, which included the revenue report as of June 30, 2016 and a list of projects as of July 27, 2016. The next regularly scheduled board meeting is to be held October 27th upon adjournment of the KACo Executive Committee meeting.
Motion made by David Nicholson, seconded by Hubert Pollett, to adjourn the meeting at 2:08 p.m. Motion carried.
